To use MyLinks.pk, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at info@mylinks.pk.
You retain ownership of all bookmarks, notes, and content you save to MyLinks.pk. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you save and share. You warrant that your use of the service does not infringe any third-party rights.
When you create a public collection, you acknowledge that it will be accessible to anyone with the share link. Do not include sensitive, private, or confidential information in public collections. MyLinks.pk reserves the right to remove public collections that violate these Terms.
We strive to maintain high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
Your use of MyLinks.pk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The MyLinks.pk name, logo, design, and original content are the property of MyLinks.pk and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our brand assets without prior written permission.
MyLinks.pk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyLinks.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
